Q: How can I easily find the product I am looking for?
You can use search to help locate a particular product by entering a keyword, an item number or by selecting a specific category. You can also shop by category or choose to search through our brand store by selecting shop by brand from the top navigation bar. A third option is to go to our site index.
Q: What is your pricing policy?
Prices on our web site are the same as the prices in our stores, and are for the continental U.S. only. From time to time, we will offer special online promotional incentives. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. You may also view our price promise guarantee.
Q: Can I send a gift from "ynotbuyitnow"
Yes, you can send gifts directly from our store. We deliver in the 48 continental states through UPS and our Home Delivery/Special Handling service. We currently do not ship internationally. All returns are also handled very easily.
Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock and we still carry that item, you will be prompted to provide your email so that we can inform you when the item becomes available.
Q: How do I place an order?
Your shopping cart will be displayed. From your Shopping Cart you can continue shopping, save your Shopping Cart for purchase at a later date, or continue to checkout.
Once you choose to checkout you will log in, or if you are a new customer, you will be asked to register and provide your billing and shipping information.
You値l have a chance to review your total order, including any discounts, tax and shipping costs. If you池e satisfied, you値l provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.
We値l send an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed. This email will include your confirmation number and shipping information.
Q: What is the return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with a product and choose to return it, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Please note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. All merchandise should be shipped back to our warehouse at the address shown below (which you値l also find attached to the label in your shipment). Please include all original packing documents so that we can easily identify the order and then expedite your request.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for UPS shipped items?
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. Orders with a status of "Shipped" cannot be cancelled. However, once you receive the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail to our warehouse. To find out if your order has been processed, select order status at the top of every page and follow the directions from there. When the order status changes from "Processing" to "Shipped" it means that UPS has taken possession of the merchandise.

Q: What are my payment options?
You can purchase from "ynotbuyitnow" using Visa, MasterCard, American Express,and Discover .
Q: What are the charges for taxes?
We are required by law to collect all taxes based on your delivery destination. When you review your order total during the checkout process, you値l see the estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local taxes.
Q: Is gift wrapping available for products I buy online?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. In the future we will be offering this service, along with other enhancements. Please check back at a later time.
