Return PolicyReturnsYour satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfy with any item, just return it within 30 days for exchange or refund. Items must be returned in new condition and ship via UPS or US parcel post. Please include a copy of the invoice with the reason for return indicated. Please re-using the original shipping carton and packing materials. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. If a refund is requested it will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number. Note: We do not accept return without original box. We do not accept used scooter with scratches and dents. |
